Mr. Rajiv Kumar Sharma is an experienced and visionary personality whose professional and creative journey has been deeply rooted in education, business, art, theatre, and the film industry. He holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry and a B.Ed., and is a Lifetime Member of the Creative & Art Department of MASK Theatre Group, New Delhi. With extensive experience in theatre, he has played a significant role in the successful organisation and staging of theatrical productions, cultural programmes, and creative events across India and internationally. This rich experience has strengthened his capabilities in creative leadership, event management, artist coordination, and strategic operations. With a distinctive blend of business acumen and creative vision, he provides leadership to the identity, creative direction, and long-term growth of RAS Films. His vision is to empower talented artists and creators with meaningful opportunities, bring compelling Indian stories to audiences worldwide, and establish Indian cinema with a distinctive presence on both the national and international stage.

Subhash Sharma

Mr. Subhash Sharma is a corporate law professional, creative leader, and film-theatre specialist whose professional vision is shaped by the integration of legal expertise, film production, creative strategy, and business management. He holds an LL.B. and has received professional training in Export Management from IIEM. As a Lifetime Member of MASK Theatre Group, New Delhi, he has maintained a deep association with Indian theatre and creative expression. His experience brings together legal clarity, creative insight, and practical understanding of production, transforming these strengths into an effective and forward-looking leadership approach. As the Founder & Managing Director of RAS FILMS PVT. LTD., he is committed to building a premium and impactful journey in filmmaking and content creation—where the power of storytelling, the discovery of emerging talent, and global cinematic quality come together. His vision is to provide a meaningful platform for emerging talent and take distinctive Indian stories to audiences worldwide with a contemporary, sophisticated, and globally relevant cinematic identity.
