This website provides general information about RAS Films, the formats we work with and ways to contact us.
Nothing on the website is a binding offer. It does not promise that RAS Films will produce or finance a project, employ a person or select an applicant.
It also does not provide access to a studio, broadcaster, platform, artist or distributor.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful personal or professional information. You must not:

RAS Films is not accepting unsolicited scripts, treatments, pitch decks or confidential creative material through this website.
If we invite a submission, use only the written process provided for it. Sending unrequested material does not require us to review it, keep it confidential, pay for it or begin a business relationship.
Official auditions
Treat an audition as official only when RAS Films publishes it here or confirms it through an official company channel.
Each announcement may set a city, date, venue, deadline, role, age group, language, skill or availability requirement. Applicants must check that they match the published requirements.
Only send the photo, document, video or audio requested for that audition. You must have the right to send every file. RAS Films may copy, store and review it only for that audition and related administration.
We may close, move or cancel an audition when reasonably necessary. Important changes will be shared through the official registration channel.
Fees and selection
A role cannot be bought. Paying a fee does not improve an applicant’s chance of selection.
If an official RAS Films city event has an administration or venue fee, the complete amount, taxes and refund terms will appear before payment.
Registration, payment, attendance, a callback or a self-tape does not guarantee a shortlist, role or work. Never send money to an individual who says it will confirm a role.
RAS Films may refuse or end participation in cases of fraud, harassment, unsafe conduct, impersonation or a serious breach of the audition rules.
Applicants under 18
An applicant under 18 must be registered and accompanied as required by a parent or lawful guardian. The guardian is responsible for consent, communication, eligibility and availability.
Child-safety and work-permission requirements may also apply before any engagement.
Professional relationships
A message, meeting or discussion does not create an agency, partnership, employment, co-production or other contract.
A commitment becomes binding only through a written agreement signed by authorised representatives of the relevant parties.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate, but information may change or be incomplete. We do not promise that the website will always be available, secure or free from errors.
We may change, suspend or remove content or features when reasonably needed. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Responsibility
